Certificates and verification.
Certificates for Florence 2026 are issued by ISMAI after the symposium. Issuance is based on verified attendance and, where applicable, completion of the symposium feedback questionnaire.
Registration alone is not sufficient for certificate issuance.
Certificates will follow
Certificates are issued by ISMAI after the symposium concludes. The certificate service will be activated once attendance has been verified.
Categories issued by ISMAI.
EACCME attendance certificate
Issued where European accreditation has been granted and the delegate has met the attendance and feedback requirements.
ISMAI attendance certificate
Issued by ISMAI to confirm verified attendance at the symposium for all eligible delegates.
Faculty certificate
Issued to invited speakers and chairs in recognition of their contribution to the scientific programme.
Poster presentation certificate
Issued to the presenting author of an accepted poster following presentation at the symposium.
Oral presentation certificate
Issued to the presenting author of an accepted oral abstract following presentation at the symposium.
Reviewer acknowledgement
Issued to members of the scientific committee and invited reviewers in acknowledgement of abstract review work.
Award certificate
Issued to recipients of symposium awards, including the poster prize.
Verification
Each certificate carries an identifier that supports later online verification. The verification service will be available after the symposium concludes.
Attendance verification
Verified attendance data is provided to ISMAI by the registration partner, MCR, after the event. ISMAI uses this data to determine certificate eligibility.
Certificate eligibility will depend on verified attendance data supplied by MCR and, where applicable, completion of the feedback form. Final eligibility rules will be confirmed after the event.
Certificate service
The certificate issuance and verification service will be activated in a later phase of the microsite. No certificates can be issued before then.
