Cookies and browser storage

How the Florence 2026 microsite uses cookies and browser storage. Final wording is pending legal review.

Essential cookies and storage

The microsite uses essential browser storage to operate, including session storage for navigation state and authentication cookies for ISMAI staff using the admin area.

Analytics

Privacy-respecting analytics are loaded only when explicitly configured. When configured, analytics track a fixed set of interaction events and do not record free-text content from abstract submissions, feedback responses or admin pages.

Anti-spam

The abstract submission form may use an anti-spam challenge such as Cloudflare Turnstile. This is essential to protect the secretariat from automated abuse.

Third-party links

Registration is provided by MCR on a separate website. Following those links is subject to the cookie policy of MCR.

Managing cookies

Cookies can be managed in the settings of any modern browser. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the microsite from working.
