Why partner with ISMAI 2026
The symposium gives responsible organisations visibility within a professional environment while preserving the integrity of the scientific programme.
Clinical judgement at the centre
AI assistance must remain under the professional duty to interpret, decide, communicate uncertainty and remain accountable to the patient.
Patient safety and accountability
Safe implementation requires evidence before deployment, monitoring after deployment, incident learning and clear lines of responsibility.
Governance and public trust
Trust depends on transparent procurement, institutional readiness, honest claims, patient involvement and protection of professional standards.
The audience partners reach
ISMAI 2026 is designed for professionals and institutions with direct responsibility for the clinical use, evaluation, governance, teaching or oversight of medical AI.
Clinicians
Consultants, specialist physicians, trainees and fellows involved in adoption decisions, patient safety and professional responsibility.
Implementation
Nurses, allied health professionals, informaticians, quality leads and managers working across workflow, audit and hospital readiness.
Scholarship
Researchers, educators, ethicists, legal scholars and regulators addressing evidence, curricula, accountability and public trust.
Delegate communication and scientific decisions remain under approved ISMAI governance routes.
Independence and supporter boundaries
Partnership is welcomed within a framework that preserves the independence of the scientific programme. The distinction between what ISMAI governs and what partners receive is part of the value of the event.
Protected centre
ISMAI governance retains:
Programme design, faculty selection, speaker selection, session planning, abstract review, educational content, CME and CPD arrangements, certificates, scientific content, clinical recommendations and ISMAI policy positions.
Supporter recognition
Recognition includes:
Supporter page listing, approved profile, exhibitor listing, exhibition area presence, event signage, approved delegate material and post-event acknowledgement.
Clear routes. One governed framework.
The prospectus separates partnership, sponsorship and exhibition so that each organisation can engage at the level appropriate to it.
Institutional partner
Support for the symposium mission and institutional exchange.
Academic collaborator
Contribution to scholarly exchange and professional education.
Commercial supporter
Visibility with full editorial independence preserved.
