Media enquiries are handled by the symposium secretariat. Members of the press are invited to make contact in advance so that accreditation, interview requests and onsite arrangements can be considered.

About ISMAI
The International Society of Medical AI is a clinician-led, vendor-neutral, charitable medical society focused on the safe, ethical and responsible implementation of medical AI. ISMAI's work includes scientific symposia, educational activity, position statements and governance-focused initiatives.

Media kit and approved assets
The ISMAI 2026 media kit includes approved event information, ISMAI boilerplate text, logos, selected imagery and media contact details. These materials should be used only in their approved form.
Use of ISMAI logos, event imagery or institutional wording outside the approved media kit should be confirmed with the symposium secretariat.

Media registration
Accredited media may request access to ISMAI 2026 through the official media registration route. Decisions on media access are made by the symposium secretariat in consultation with the organisers.
Media access does not automatically include delegate registration, commercial access, recording permissions or unrestricted access to scientific sessions.
Interview requests
Requests for interviews with ISMAI officers, scientific committee members, invited faculty or symposium contributors should be sent to the symposium secretariat in advance. The secretariat will coordinate requests where appropriate and subject to availability.

Photography and recording
Photography, audio recording and video recording within scientific sessions are subject to the symposium recording policy. Detailed guidance for media will be issued before the event.
No recording of sessions, speakers, delegates or unpublished scientific material should take place without the relevant permission.
Official symposium description
ISMAI 2026 is the International Symposium on Medical AI, taking place in Florence on 3-4 December 2026. The symposium examines medical AI through clinical judgement, patient safety, ethics, governance, education and institutional readiness.
