Florence 2026 is the International Symposium on Medical AI organised by the International Society of Medical AI. The symposium considers clinical judgement, patient safety, ethics, governance and institutional readiness in the responsible practice of medical AI.
Media registration is separate from delegate registration. Members of the press should not register through the standard delegate flow. Accredited media should apply through the channels below.

About ISMAI
The International Society of Medical AI, ISMAI, is a clinician-led charitable society. It is vendor-neutral, patient-centred and academically serious. Its work includes scientific symposia, position statements and educational activities concerning the responsible practice of medical AI.
Media registration
Accredited media may apply for symposium access through the official media registration form. Decisions on accreditation are made by the secretariat in consultation with the organisers.
Speaker interview requests
Requests for interviews with speakers, the scientific committee or ISMAI officers should be addressed to the secretariat in advance. The secretariat will coordinate with invited faculty where possible.
Photography and recording policy
Photography, audio recording and video recording within scientific sessions are subject to the symposium recording policy. Detailed guidance for media will be issued before the event.
Press kit
A press kit, including approved logos, factsheet and approved imagery, will be made available in advance of the symposium.
Approved logos and imagery
Approved logos and imagery are released only through the official press kit. Use of any other imagery should be confirmed with the secretariat in writing.
