Today at the symposium
Today's programme, including session titles, chairs and rooms, is published on the programme page. Final times, chairs and speakers will be confirmed in the printed programme issued at check-in.
Venue and check-in
The symposium is held at the Aula Magna of the Centro Traumatologico Ortopedico, AOU Careggi, Florence. Check-in, badge collection and registration support are managed by MCR at the onsite registration desk.
Check-in desk location, opening hours and onsite support contacts will be confirmed in the delegate handbook issued before the symposium.
Badge collection
Badges are issued by MCR at the registration desk. Please bring a form of photographic identification and your MCR registration confirmation. Badges must be worn visibly at all times inside the venue.
Feedback
Your feedback supports continuous improvement of the symposium and, where applicable, contributes to certificate eligibility. The feedback form will become available during the symposium.
Certificates
Certificates are issued by ISMAI after the symposium, based on verified attendance data supplied by MCR and, where applicable, completion of the feedback form. Final eligibility rules will be confirmed after the event.
Onsite contacts
Onsite contact details for the ISMAI secretariat and an emergency contact will be confirmed in the delegate handbook. In a medical emergency, hospital security and emergency services should be contacted in the first instance.

Practical notes
December in Florence is cool and clear. Sessions run to time so delegates are encouraged to arrive at the venue with a margin for local travel and check-in.
Photography, audio recording and video recording in scientific sessions are subject to the symposium recording policy.
