The microsite provides information about International Symposium on Medical AI, Florence 2026. Information is provided in good faith. Programme details, faculty and timings may change before the event.

Delegate registration, payment, invoicing and badges are handled by MCR on behalf of ISMAI. Final registration, cancellation, refund and invoice terms are set by MCR. The microsite does not collect card data and does not issue badges.

Abstracts are submitted through the microsite under the conditions set out on the abstracts page and in the abstract terms and declarations. Acceptance is at the discretion of the scientific committee. Presenters of accepted abstracts must complete registration before presentation. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Certificates of attendance are issued by ISMAI subject to verified attendance and any other published conditions. Registration alone does not entitle a delegate to a certificate. Continuing medical education wording is published only after formal accreditation is granted.

Media access and onsite recording may be subject to approval. By submitting an abstract, authors consent to its inclusion in the official abstract book and other event materials as described in the abstract terms.

ISMAI does not warrant that the microsite information is free of errors. Draft programme information should not be relied upon for travel or other commitments until confirmed.
